Putin could end the war at any time (including right now). He could also have never started it. This has always been 100% Putin's war of choice. Anyone with a triple-digit IQ realizes now why he's suddenly open to "peace talks". Lol.

Biden has always been open to them. Why wait another two months? Why not now?

what appeasement? allowing ethnic Russians to be part of Russia? if Ukraine had held the referendum they agreed to would this have happened? the Donbas region is heavily Russian and would have voted to become part of Russia which is why Ukraine reneged on the referendum
