I want to understand Moderators here

I'm fighting to understand Moderators here. Honestly and just from the general reading if the site alot if folks don't understand Moderators or should I more apt say moderators

There are rules but it's obvious they don't apply fairly. PM's are mostly ignored but "points" and warnings are Johnny on the spot. The staff I guess is not paid. I don't get that, because I do nothing besides put up with my bitch of a wife and Grands for nothing, I definitely wouldn't do it for strangers. So obviously it's something in it for them to want to be a part of a shit show.

Thank Goodness yes one particular person has I guess been silenced thank God , but the rest of us who are trying to hang in here would honestly like a clear understanding of how mods think because I can't do the open Eccie up to get pussy then point detail. Please Mods clear the air. Ourhome2 has it, I just can't read ROS, which is so. important! Stop being so damn punitive or at least be fair and give people ample warnings then try to reform members. This shit is harder than my fucking job.

Mr rabbit hole I'm trying to be a contributor here and trying to learn. As in the present time I have nothing really to contribute besides what I've given so far in terms of reviews. As is I only get intimacy once in a blue moon from my wife I've been active in this and going to the strip clubs. I love the Ritz.

Please read the about guidelines, there are also stickies in every forum which also gives guidance, furthermore you can only see your warnings / infractions so you have no idea if any other members had staff interactions, Implying the rules are not enforced fairly is unfair and just an assumption.

But my comment in the ask the Houston staff goes unattended to. I ask again why the forum is even existing if it goes ignored? I followed the guidelines to a T.

About the rules being enforced fairly, one moderator may see something in a thread that may be off the main topic of the thread and may ignore it, while another gives a person a 5 pointer for posting off topic. Five 5 pointers given around the same time is a ban. Ban a person for posting off topic, how about some counseling to save a person from getting banned. I know we're all adults, but some of the off topic infractions are a reach at best. A normal thread will shift subjects as an inherent part of a thread, then one person replies to another persons post, then another will reply to that post, and before you know it, the whole thread is off topic.

Another situation came up where I posted the name of a drug killing thousands of people due to open borders and I got slapped with a 10 pointer, however a search of the name of the drug showed it was mentioned in many other threads (I just did a search on that word and it's listed on 4 pages of results) and I would bet my last dollar not all that typed in the name of that drug were given 10 point infractions. I've moved on from this issue and have even sent a PM to the moderator who gave me the infraction and tried to smoke the peace pipe with him. I meant it.
