The money that FEMA used to resettle immigrants is the same funding used in the prior administrations. So it has no impact on FEMAs funding for disaster relief. In case you’re unaware it’s a big agency that does lots of things.

As for the “running out of money”, yes that’s congress’ fault. I’m not sure you understand how government works. If you did, you wouldn’t make silly statements and believe nonsense.

See there’s this thing called appropriations. Congress appropriates money to the executive branch. The executive branch spends it. If congress fails to appropriate enough money. The executive branch will “run out of money”. This congress has failed to appropriate sufficient funds because they can’t pass bills. Hence, the executive branch has started to run low on funds. That doesn’t however mean that they aren’t paying for disaster relief, because they are.

Your lie is in the actual silly statements you make like the relationship between migrant resettlement and lack of funds. There’s no relationship and when you believe it is and state the same you are lying.
