Default 60 billion more to protect Ukraine border

And Trump couldn’t get 5 billion to secure ours. That is pure nonsense!

Hopefully the House will shut that down by not even taking it up.

Elect Republicans to correct this fiasco

Trump said once during his 2016 Campaign that our leaders are stupid, Biden is proof of that.

Way to misinform the public. In the border bill that republicans scuttled more than 15 billion was allocated to DHS for the border.

“ Under the bipartisan border deal, DHS was supposed to get more than $15 billion to do things Republicans had demanded, such as deporting more migrants and stopping fentanyl smuggling.”

All that so called Border Security Bill did was increase funds to hire more Border Guards to serve as “Clerks” in order to process more illegals into the Country.
We don’t need more laws for Biden to ignore.

Sixty billion is the entire budget for the Marine Corps, including helicopters and F-35 jets.

More misinformation. There’s nothing we can do to prevent people from trying to come into our country legally or illegally. All we can do is to attempt to make it difficult without being inhumane in the process. The next thing to do is to throw out as many as we can legally. That’s what the Border Security Bill actually does. It makes it easier to deny asylum seekers and the people necessary to process the backlog of asylum cases while slowing the flow of migrants to a trickle. All legally.

What I wrote is fact about it passed ,not a dime for border security. Do you disagree about that? If so, show me in the bill that passed? Not your constant opining

The bill that failed did little to nil to do in stopping the invasion, rather spent money to expidite their entry, so they could get on the taxpayers back quicker

You are correct I changed the topic from the current Ukraine funding bill to the previous bill that was linked to border security. Why did I do this. Because I think that the fact that money for border security was rejected by Republicans after they linked Ukraine and Israel funding to it was relevant. They had a good deal for everybody to get some of what they wanted but rejected it for political reasons.

To complain that the current bill doesn’t include money for border security after a deal was already reached seems to be the point.

Pass the House Bill for the Border if you want to stop the illegals from coming into the Country.
Not a dime more for Ukraine.

Everybody has an opinion, the only ones that count in this case are our elected representatives.

These are my opinions.

Funding Ukraine’s fight against their neighbors aggression is money well spent. Stopping Putin’s expansionist policies now without NATO troops getting involved should be the goal we all should aspire to.

If we can get our border laws updated to handle our asylum problem that’s a good deal for everyone.
