The fact is you have been wrong on just about every statement you have made on this board. Your claim that Biden's infrastructure package has not had a postive impact on the country is just the latest.

Landrieu said thus more than $400 billion in projects has been announced, covering 40,000 projects in more than 4,500 communities in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia and Native American tribal areas. The project list is a long one, covering airports, bridges, roads, constructing more recharging stations for electric vehicles, getting high-speed internet to get more people on the internet, and on and on."

"The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) today announced that it has allocated $61 billion in Fiscal Year 2024 apportionments for 12 formula programs to support investment in critical infrastructure, including roads, bridges and tunnels, carbon emission reduction, and safety improvements, as well as workforce development to support these investments, utilizing funding from President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The funds go directly to all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, and help them continue the important work of rebuilding our roads and bridges and making our transportation system more efficient."

And how much of that spending will be on bridges to nowhere and the like? With some exceptions like the FAA and interstate highways, infrastructure spending is best legislated and paid for at the state and local levels. Otherwise a large part of the spending is wasted.

The man is too incompetent to have an impact on anything and you are apparently too dumb to realize it.

From everything I've read on the subject, the funding of projects is progressing as planned with the states being mainly responsible for implementing the programs. There is no reason to believe that the program has been anything less than a total success at this point in time.

"President Biden signed the US Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) into law in November 2021.

Since then, the bipartisan legislation has provided state and federal agencies with up to $1.2 trillion in funding to refurbish roads and bridges, improve access to clean water and internet connectivity, and increase the number of clean energy projects."
