I don’t think so. The Deep State isn’t in control. They don’t care about elections because they rigged them. They couldn’t care less what the citizens think. Isn’t that painfully obvious? They’re on their way out.

If you proposed a satire of how American liberals love to embrace causes as long as they're not the ones sacrificing -- by writing a novel where this happened -- it'd be rejected on the ground that it's far too obvious and extreme to work as satire.
