If you click on New Encounter Report in the template, it literally says under the word address, “please use general area only”.

I know it does, most people seem to get it but every now & then you get an actual address in the Dallas area (not even sure about other areas)

Maybe he interpreted address of Apt complex as general but not the building & Apt #.

TER gets it right by not allowing an address or to narrow an area. This template needs to change the address section to just General Area (do not be to specific)
