As Buffalo1966 pointed out; if it becomes a nuisance in the neighborhood and people start complaining to their local officials or go to something like Call 4 Action it'll get shut down or it'll turn into another Lucky Tree or Candy Spa.

True but this is Depew. Over the past several years there have been 4 other amps in Depew, all gone now and all were about a mile away from this new one. This is number 5 and and more blatantly exposed than all the others with a brand new sign out front similar to what Queen uses. Will be interesting to see what happens.
