A better maintained club means a lot to me.
Shows commitment to the quality of the club. Not just a money maker
Other things being equal, I enjoy the better physical enviroment
Many dancers like working in a quality enviroment
Tends to attract better quality girls, which really makes me happy

THer are many reasons I would go to The Lodge over any other club, other than I won't pay the kind of money needed to have fun there except on rare occassions

I stopped by after going to 3 other clubs last night. The edges of the carpet on the stairs now have aluminium molding, which makes for a more kempt appearance. I did not go upstairs, but the few minutes I was downstairs were brutal as the desperate Cuban women practically tackled and body-checked me to ask "For one dance please papi".. As I had not sat down to agree the terms of the encounter, I managed to extricate myself from the claws and clutches, with no more damage to my pocket than the cost of a bottle of beer.

I was at BDD just before that, and if they have changed the carpet, I did not notice it all.

By the way, for those interested, or might have a woodworking high school education as I do, this is how proper "extras chairs" are made... Lololololol..

Rick should get in contact with Chester asap! And the colour scheme he has chosen would be fantastic for the new carpet in CL-Dallas, if not, maybe
a shade darker

Ah, Ricks owns 64 clubs. I really doubt they want a shit hole that club is in their portfolia.

Even when Birch owned it, those were not the only clubs he had. Do yuou even know how a tax shelter works?
