... Just found out that the Judge "instructed" the jury
that "sexual battery" can be just "a peck on the cheek"...

So the jury REJECTED her claims of rape.
And also forcible touching.

So this verdict is of the Judge's doing.
And will be overturned on appeal.

Unfortunate for me? I’m not liable for anything. But neither is Trump. He’s appealing and Carrol won’t see a dime until the appeals process runs its course. Just like the Daniels case.
