At least you started a good discussion with followup reports. West Fort Worth has always been Spa weak, and from my POV it still is. More tease than activity. Arlington is better, Dallas is way better.

Yep I agree. Why is that? Guessing more competition in Dallas and mid-cities. They know they gotta put out more if they’re gonna make money out there. Being in close proximity is a big deal for me. I can hop over to nova after work and be done quickly versus having to fight traffic 30mins each way especially at rush hour. I’m sure you know what I mean.
