Warrant roundup at cab east last night

Standard warrant roundup at cab east last night. I was able to confirm that 1 of the managers and one dancer were arrested on felony warrants. I am told a number of Cubans were either arrested or sent home but have not confirmed that. No customers were bothered. I guess the gals in vip were being good. Just confirmed a total of 3 entertainers were arrested

glad to see they have their priorities in order. meanwhile, violent crime, burglaries, vehicle theft, and robberies are out of control.

I for one am glad people with felony warrants are off the street. No way of knowing what the charges are. They could have been for any of the crimes you listed or more They weren't there to bust customers, they did their job and left. Probably had a number of clubs to hit for more warrants

I'm for replacing half the Cubans with other Latinas/non-Latinas, but I'd rather it be from Management decisions, and not through arrests.

I agree. But, sometimes management needs a kick in the butt. Hopefully, they will not just hire more cubans

An additional 30 girls, mostly night shift, were deactivated until they can bring valid ID. The Cubans will have have passports. 4 underage girls were fired. Since a lot of the Cubans don't have passports, they will not be back.

Went by on day shift and little Havana section was almost deserted. Going to be way worse tonight with 20 some odd gals gone. All the really hot, young Latina dancers are gone from day shift. Just a few of the older ones who have been here for awhile

If Law Enforcement wants to do a warrant roundup, the best way to do that is to hit the strip clubs, there is lots of low-hanging fruit there, from the strippers to the management of the clubs and even some of the customers.

It is not uncommon that the management as well as the patrons there are pimps with records. The strippers are supposed to go through a fingerprint scan for felonies before they are hired, but we all know that some of them come back as convicted felons, yet still get hired on because of various reasons.

The first clubs that always get hit are the ghetto clubs.

As of a couple of years a go Ft Worth did not require background checks ? Did they change that recently ?

This applies to Dallas clubs, not Ft Worth. No fingerprints in Ft Worth. Yes, Ft Worth requires a background check but not as stringent as Dallas. Not all felonies prevent hiring.

When a dancer goes to work, their name gets filed with the county in both Dallas and Ft Worth. LE will, from time to time, use that information to track down and arrest people for outstanding warrants. This kind of action is not random.

The top tier clubs like The Lodge, Mens Club, ans Speriment Rhino are far more pickey and stringent of their requirments to hire a perfoemer so they tend to have far less issues like this.

I think all the undocumented Cubans will be forced out of all Rick's owned clubs by the end of the summer, even if they are sweet and have excellent customer service. One thing is for sure though, if they do a warrant roundup, the undocumented Cubans do not have warrants out for their arrest, at least not in this country.

The Cubans are young and beautiful. The Cubans are all about getting their money. What will happen to Chicas Locas in Dallas if they get rid of the Cubans? Right now, you cannot find a chair in the place if you are there on Friday or Saturday night. The club did not have it so good even in the heydays of Caberet Royale. In the end, a strip club is a bar; when there is more traffic more beer is sold. The Cubans are bringing money to the clubs, and if Ricks thinks it can do without them, good luck.

A club that caters to guys that prefer latinas will naturaly have a majority of latina dancers. Not a thing wrong with that at all. And there should be some latana ladies in all the clubs. Just not as the largest block of performers. And they need to speak english, be legal, and of age. Several of the ladies at Cab have already returned with passports to get reinstated
