The FEC DOJ and even a Manhattan DA all refused to consider it because there’s not a crime to look into. Bragg is attempting legal gymnastics that even he himself knows is bullshit, but he has to give it a go because he campaigned on it. Democrats are trying to take out a political adversary using Soviet tactics, nothing more.

Trump would be in GITMO if there was 1% of the corruption that we know for certain Biden has been involved in for half a century.
