For what? The proof of misconduct lies on the accuser, not the accused. The Dominion servers changed no votes. Multiple recounts proved that.

That should be apparently clear by the discovery process for up coming trial.

... "Recounts" are NOT independent investigations
of Dominion machines... For some reason Dominion
doesn't like investigations.
Dominion machines have come under-fire before.
However, as I mention - Fox-News has barristers also.

and they are doing a fine job. But they haven’t argued once that the facts are true. Not once. That should even tell you something.

so Dominion shouldn't be held accountable for the security and integrity of their systems. interesting. the Democrats certainly thought they should along with the other big players (two) that provide election devices. it's on record Dominion executives privately expressed concerns about flaws in their systems. if that's not a good enough reason to hold Dominion and others accountable how about being as certain as possible that elections can't be manipulated via these devices?

and it will. many posters here are giddy over so-called bombshells from depositions as the process goes on, almost all slanted to make FOX look bad in some way. what's being ignored by the press on purpose is FOX's responses and their own evidence. even Murdoch in his deposition stating he privately thought the claims were "bullshit", his words .. means FOX had proof the claims weren't true. and it doesn't mean FOX should not report on the claims. all the other major outlets also reported the claims.
Carlson's on air comments about Powell not being willing to provide any proof to FOX is a case breaker for Dominion right there. i'm sure FOX by now has copies of several company emails from Dominion executives where they expressed concern about their systems. minor software issues or not, Dominion knew the systems had issues.
we will see what the cards are in full only when the game .. i.e. trial is afoot.

There’s no surprises that will come out at trial, both sides will have shot their load in the recent MSJ briefs. If you think some new evidence is gonna show up at trial, you clearly have ZERO clue how this works. It at Perry Mason or Alley McBeal, both sides have informed the court about any evidence which could be dispositive of this matter without trial.

what area of law do you practice? i'm thinking you don't spend much time in court trials. legal briefs don't tell the whole story and aren't legal strategy in court. briefs are for evidence and discovery. no good lawyer tips their hand before the trial begins. you seem to believe that the judge at any moment is going to grant Dominion a summary judgement, apparently based on nothing more than depositions. oh and those briefs.
not gonna happen. neither side has presented anything that would be grounds for summary judgement, not FOX and certainly not Dominion. all of their motions for summary judgement have been denied.
you also seem to be waiting for FOX to settle at any moment. why exactly should FOX settle? just because you dislike FOX as a news outlet doesn't mean they don't have a case they can make in court and win. in fact, the law and legal precedent favor FOX.recall that the judge correctly ruled Dominion is a public figure making their case more difficult to prove. yeah it does. Dominion is a company not a private individual meaning they have public exposure to criticism. as a company they have no right to privacy.
there's not gonna be any summary judgement for Dominion. or FOX. book it Dano!

because Liz Warren says so

is Ford accountable for a defective vehicle? yes. then tell me why Dominion isn't accountable for a defective product? one that could be manipulated to alter election results. unless you don't care about fair and accurate elections ...
Warren, Klobuchar, Wyden, and Pocan Investigate Vulnerabilities and Shortcomings of Election Technology Industry with Ties to Private Equity
Three private equity-owned election technology vendors serve 90% of eligible voters but fail to sufficiently innovate, improve, and protect deteriorating voting systems; Election security experts have noted for years that our nation's voting systems and election infrastructure are under serious threat
https://www.warren.senate.gov/oversi...private-equity
The three vendors -- Election Systems & Software, Dominion Voting Systems, and Hart InterCivic -- collectively distribute voting machines and software that facilitate voting for over 90% of all eligible voters in the United States. Private equity firms reportedly own or control each of these vendors, which "have long skimped on security in favor of convenience," leaving voting systems across the country "prone to security problems."

I don't care about any of that. Only what the prosecution presents and how the defense will counter what is presented.
I would love to see it televised but not to see courtroom, Perry Mason drama (hope that is correct, never seen the show.)

How? They are tried by a jury of their peers.
And if y'all whine about that, blame it on their legal defense. They are the input on who goes on the jury.

neither. both think they can win. some here like 1b1 think all the so-called "bombshell" depositions have already proved Dominion's case and that the judge will grant a summary judgement in favor of Dominion.
apparently all because Murdoch privately thought Trump's claims were "bullshit", which somehow proves Fox is guilty.
bahaahahahaaaa

I actually said that matter would proceed to trial. What I also said is that truth is an absolute defense and Fox has not argued once there was truth to the election fraud claims.
See that is the issue with people like Waco, blatantly state a lie about what someone supposedly stated, then argue against that lie. Be better Waco. Oh that is right, you admitted proudly that you are like Tucker, a liar.
