Couldn't agree more, for lots of reviews I have been asked question why I gave no or yes and I was happy to answer, most of them for No review, because it seems like either no one wants to hear the actual story and NO review or they are just don't want to post a NO review.
In either case, the Dallas scene has been going downhill for last couple of years, so much of mass influx and people are ready to give $$ just to see the pussy, boobs and ass. Dallas was used to be mongers heaven with good selection and decent price, not anymore like the way these outsiders ruined the housing market, they did the same for this.
