Racist Fetterman Voted To Free More Than a Dozen First Degree Murderers
Democratic Senate hopeful John Fetterman said Tuesday he has "always" supported life sentences for first-degree murderers. But as chairman of the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons, Fetterman voted to release more than a dozen killers serving life sentences on first-degree murder charges, including one man who pleaded guilty in order to avoid the death penalty.
.
.
.
But a Washington Free Beacon analysis found the Democrat has voted to commute the prison sentences of at least 13 people convicted of first-degree murder, including some who admitted to their crimes. That was the case last year when Fetterman cast the only vote on the Board of Pardons to commute the sentence of Wayne Covington, who was convicted in 1970 for fatally shooting an 18-year-old for money to buy *****. Covington was sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder after he admitted to the killing in order to avoid the death penalty, the Free Beacon reported.
Fetterman’s latest defense comes as Republicans hammer him over his progressive positions and his leadership of the Board of Pardons. Fetterman has said he sought the role of lieutenant governor in order to use the Board of Pardons as a "bully pulpit" to enact progressive criminal justice reform. He has bragged that the board under his watch has voted to free more prisoners than all of his predecessors combined. He has also hired left-wing activists to serve on the board, including a former campaign official who has called to "disarm the police" and who says convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal is her "buddy."

Racist Fetterman is the most pro-criminal politician ever to run for Senate. And it’s not even close.

One first degree murderer Brain Damaged Racist Fetterman voted to release (the rest of the board voted no) savagely beat a high school student with a baseball bat, then shot him to death.
And this is Racist Fetterman's explanation on why he wants him and other brutal murderers released back on the streets to terrorize other citizens. Brain Damaged Racist Fetterman is as insane as Senile Biden

The Shawshank analogy means his argument there is that he believes in redemption.
What part of that makes him racist?
Do you believe in redemption?
What makes him wrong in that belief?

LOL - so using a fictional movie as justification to release brutal murderers back on the street
How would you like the first degree murderer Brain Damaged Racist Fetterman voted to release (the rest of the board voted no) who savagely beat a high school student with a baseball bat, then shot him to death moving in next door to you?
How about the evil bastard who was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison for killing his girlfriend’s mother with a pair of large scissors ? Can he move in with you?

Attack the argument. You're sidestepping and focusing on the analogy.
Do you believe in redemption?
In atonement?
Put the other shit to the side and address that directly

Not playing your silly games. The question is simple

You claim to want debate, yet clearly you don't. So instead of answering the question and attacking the argument you dismiss it as silly, try to reframe with a strawman and look to the emotional appeal with a snuck premise and an extreme example.
The difference is that I call you out on it. And you have zero answer for it besides flailing.
His argument is focused on redemption. The movie example is an analogy of a mistake made on a person's worst day for which the character had remorse, regret and sought redemption and atonement.
Fictional, yes. But the fundamental concepts are also rooted heavily in most Christian and even Muslim tradition.
This is an easy discussion to have if you stop being afraid. It's not a silly game. It's a conversation that involves nuance. Your lack of wanting to have nuanced discussions is why no one takes your desire to debate seriously. You want to discuss at the extremes and to cherry pick and throw out bluster to distract from you ever having to really address nuance. To see that there are layers and levels based on actual facts and circumstances rather than just broad brush strokes. Your implicit and explicit biases become very transparent as a result.
So let's try this again.
Do you believe in redemption? In atonement?
Do you believe that a person must be judged in perpetuity by their worst days?

You have proven over and over that you are not serious here and you don't want to debate. Instead you play silly games and shitpost. So don't pretend otherwise.
And it is telling that you keep ignoring these questions:
How would you like the first degree murderer Brain Damaged Racist Fetterman voted to release (the rest of the board voted no) who savagely beat a high school student with a baseball bat, then shot him to death moving in next door to you?
How about the evil bastard who was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison for killing his girlfriend’s mother with a pair of large scissors ? Can he move in with you?
Answer those questions and whether you want those evil murderers released and maybe I will answer your silly redemption question even though you are not being serious here

The answer to both is obvious, but also entirely immaterial to the argument. Don't use that as an excuse to hide. You keep assuming there is a silly game, or labeling it that way to try to assert control and dominance.
If that's your goal there are more effective methods to do so. Like pre-countering the rebuttal. But since you're not sure what vector my rebuttal will come from you're looking to reframe and set a faux conditional to project a veneer of control.
This isn't a game though. It's not even a debate. It's a conversation. This isn't about wins and losses, or besting an opponent. Or asserting dominance. We're not talking heads or pundits. Just people.
It's on topic as it specifically drives to the point of his actions that you disagree with and the motivations of that argument. Help us understand you as well.
Have a nuanced, layered discussion.
You might find it refreshing and informative. Possibly even get some self-reflection

Yep, just as I suspected - more silly games from you. As always, you remain not serious and just want to shitpost. It's really pathetic
And of course you once again ignored answering these two questions:
How would you like the first degree murderer Brain Damaged Racist Fetterman voted to release (the rest of the board voted no) who savagely beat a high school student with a baseball bat, then shot him to death moving in next door to you?
How about the evil bastard who was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison for killing his girlfriend’s mother with a pair of large scissors ? Can he move in with you?
That says it all and why no intelligent person here takes you seriously

Leaders from the Fraternal Order of Police endorse Dr Oz and criticize Brain Damaged Racist Fetterman:
He [Fetterman] was always good to show up for a photo opportunity, but as the crime was going on in Braddock, you did not see Mr. Fetterman.

Appreciate your response, even if it's sticking to your guns and continuing to avoid this conversation.
Enjoy your day

These are the type of evil bastards Racist Fetterman wants back on the streets, free to terrorize other victims
Fetterman last year cast the lone vote in a failed bid to commute the sentence of a man convicted of murdering a woman with a pair of scissors.
The district attorney in the case alleged during an interview with Fox News Digital on Thursday that Fetterman "had a predetermined agenda" to get the man released, and that he tried to use his power as chair of the state's Board of Pardons to substitute the "power of the jury and the criminal justice system."
John David Brookins was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison for killing his girlfriend’s mother with a pair of large scissors.
An autopsy at the time revealed that the victim was not only stabbed in the chest, but also had "eight significant internal injuries, including skull penetration consistent with an object such as scissors, protruding wounds, and bone fractures," and that she was also likely strangled
Fetterman later admitted to the Bucks County Courier Times that Brookins’ testimony during the hearing, which was confidential, "wasn’t particularly strong."
The lieutenant governor cast a vote for clemency anyway
