My issue is how can you tell if the place is LMT? I just got dinged on a review at an establishment in a house in Montrose area and i didn't see a license and was offered extras without even asking. They were on Rubratings website. I just want to make sure I don't review LMT places again. I tried to send a message to Soulmanike but mailbox was full

I think it sucks for Rocketman that he got dinged and had no idea a place was licensed, but I hope you are not suggesting he call the police on them. With some of the sociopaths that go to these places, not having a document that has your real name on it front and center seems like a fairly sensible safety precaution.

Funny thing, CoCo from the Spa in my deleted review texted me yesterday and asked when I was coming back. I guess I made the mistake of putting the Rubratings link in my review. Should have left it blank like everyone else who reviews Amps on here.

no, not suggesting that at all. i agree with you. just trying to educate some fucktards. the TDLR expects a massage establishment and therapist to put their real world info out there, just the same as if they were an HVAC company or any other profession that requires a state license. the problem is that a lot of fucktards and sociopaths expect sex service from every massage place, legit or not. a bit of discretion should be allowed by TDLR in certain cases, but their goal is to see that all shops and therapists are legit. if a therapist chooses to do "things" anyway, that is up to them to accept the risk.

Rocketman, your review got taken down because someone there, owner, manager, landlord, does not want the attention that might come from reviews on this site. Not because you linked to an ad.

just tossing this out because from what I have gathered is this:
LMT
No review, no post about the place period.
Understandable and all for it, but if the same place is on rubratings, rubmaps, bedpage in the massage section or the body rub section as well as the ESCORT section and their ad shows ladies in lingerie or naked with the goodies blurred out, kinda sends a mixed signal. Brings up that ole saying "Stay in your lane" if you massage only don't post in the escort section, or put in your ads that erotic activity is available.
I also understand that some of these places monitor here and I am sure other sites so when they see post/review about their place describing what went on in it they have it pulled.
Having been in a many number of these places (do not let my join date fool you, I remember when ECCIE first came about after ASPD wend down, this is my 3rd or 4th handle as I will have my profile deleted and step back a bit, returning 3-5 months later.)
but having been to many of them, some will have their license in the lobby and they give excellent massages ONLY! Others have the license there for I am guessing the LME so that it covers the establishment but sometimes the ladies want a bigger tip so they will go the extra mile so to speak. Again they have a license posted so posting a review is a NO NO.
Sometimes the license is not in the lobby but in their office back room area.
seen one where the licenses were above the desk in the back, I noticed them because that was where the restroom was and saw them as I was walking back. If you do not see them in the lobby then what?

You can post about them in the men's room. But if they are lmt do not post a review. This is not new this thread has been here for years. When one is reported that person will be pointed and the review removed. This is the owners of the site policy and any argument or disagreement will fall on deaf ears
