I think abortion should be legal until the kid moves out of the house.

Floyd's killer was convicted. What I was getting at is at least there was something to be mad about instead of a bunch of clueless dumbfucks storming the Capitol over a lie.

There were texts being sent out the days before saying that a yes vote gave women choice. They knew they were way behind so they were trying everything they could think of to get a yes out of people.

At least the left does have a religion and higher power...abortion.
Not much news on the attempted murder of Justice Kavanagh...just another day in attacks on Supreme Court Justices because they found that the 1973 law was completely flawed and that states should decide which should have been that way from the beginning. How hard the left fights to harm the most innocent among us, but when it comes to executing the scumbags that is cruel and unusual punishment...a major disconnect. If you're not a victim of these sleezballs you have no moral judgment of these sub humans. The states that are against capital punishment are the ones who are embracing any women that want to have an abortion...quite a dichotomy.

More than 4% of death row inmates are innocent and with our legal system it costs more to execute a person than to keep him in jail for life. A lot of innocents have died to satisfy society’s blood lust for vengeance.

To me this is like the Hyde amendment. Our tax dollars shouldn’t be used to pay for abortion, because it makes some Americans feel like they’re being forced to pay for murders of embryos. The Hyde Amendment is a restriction on federal tax dollars being used to pay for abortion. Joe Biden supported the Hyde amendment until he figured out that position would hurt him in the Democratic primaries.

I think capital punishment is immoral and don’t believe my tax dollars should be used to carry it out, especially when it’s cheaper to keep people in jail for life.

The Kansas Supreme court ruled that all abortions are legal. The law, as it currently stands, hasn't been challenged at the court.

As I have said before, in a reasonable world, the Supreme court doesn't legislate, nor should it care one fuck about public opinion. The concept that there was a constitutional(US or Kansas) basis for a "first trimester" or "second trimester" basis is asinine, and proffered by folks who should never be in charge of anything. Can you point me to a basis that life is constitutionally initiated at 22 weeks?

50% of Kansas voters do not believe that abortion ought to be legal until the head pops out of the vagina. Only an idiot would make that assertion.

Maybe this will become a reason for people to go to Kansas as a destination. Most folks that I know who have been to Kansas had just driven through on their way to Colorado!

Tiny, you have captured my feelings on both matters perfectly and succinctly. Thanks.

Exactly but instead of waiting for the criminal justice system to do it's job, they decided to burn down cities and destroy businesses for what? What they eventually got?

The days of cops getting away with such things is gone. Now the days of rioting before knowing justice will be served, should be long gone too.

Problem is, THOUSANDS of people were mad about the election. That gave them the right to go to DC and protest but it did not give them the right no matter how MAD they were, to break the law and assault law enforcement. Same goes for all the left wing anarchists/ arsonists that tried to destroy the very fabric of our country by burning, looting and assaulting.

You can spin this any way you want how one incident is more important than the other when the one you are "justifying" can not be justified.

Not being satisfied by the outcome of an election or the "perceived" outcome of a trial before it happens, can never justify violence.

If you can't just come out and say that, you are part of the problem not the solution.

I can live with that but we have moved so far from the concept of life in prison to the point that it means you'll get out in a few years because of over crowding or a new Progressive Soros DA shows up who doesn't believe in putting anybody in jail.

I think we merely need new rules to make damn sure that anybody we execute deserves it. Take for example, eye witness testimony with no other evidence, should never be executed because after years of study we know how un-reliable eye witness testimony can be. We learned that lesson well in the Michael Brown case.

But you catch a person in the act, like some guy ( all alone ) having barricaded himself in a house and has killed a half dozen police officers, you know he is the killer, no other evidence needed. That guy, I execute without batting an eye.

I personally hope the Cruz kid gets the death penalty and I'd drop the gas myself.

You want to link some FACTUAL evedience where these inocent people were executed. Were any of the inocent aborted guilty of ANYTHING. Most families that have had to go through the trauma of losing a loved one to violence would vehemently disagree with your anti death penalty stance. How many people who have been released and commit more violent crimes?

You must not have lost anyone to violence of a lowlife criminal.

I love your quote...immoral. I guess the crime they committed wasn't immoral. Isn't it funny that states that abolished the death penalty have the least restrictive abortion laws. As I said before the left is obsessed with abortion on demand and will go to any level of violence to support it. Going as far as trying to kill a justice of the Supreme court and violate laws about gathering outside their homes. How many have been prosecuted in regards to this violation of the law and abhorrent behavior??

Abortion is just another form of birth control.
Abortion isn't immoral but capital punishment is...I love that logic.
