Lake Charles -Lafayette -Baton Rouge -Nola

I travel this stretch of Interstate 10 daily/weekly.
Laffayette is home, each day work takes me east or west and roll down the road
This week I’m trying to track down a supplier for paper goods and and new seafood vendor. I’ve got a couple leads in BR & LC. Gas prices and safe pit stops are always relevant to my week. If you know of any great truckstops or stores that are easily accessible from the interstate with decent food and service – Help me navigate when I’m in your city

Shell truck stop in iota is easy off and on

In Baton Rouge right off Government exit is Pit and Peel restaurant. They also sell seafood. The owner is a really cool down to earth guy that can get you a variety of things at decent prices.

Pit N Peel is decent, but University Seafood is the best.
