I'm not as familiar with the Buffalo shooter, nor too up to date on Uvalde, but uhmmm, when the Uvalde shooter's Mom says: he was kind of a loner - is that a spot? Notice that in Asian countries there are no guns allowed except for military and police...but very harsh sentences for murders and such. It is about the culture and how people respect each other and the elders. But people do carry mini swords and such that is legal. During the devastating Tsunami in Japan tens of thousands of safes with loads of cash inside.... were found floating and all over the streets afterwards and very little theft was found. It was all turned into the police and ID d and categorized, etc and returned to next of kin if they can be found. Police and military in asian countries take accountability of guns seriously... I know of people in Japan, S Korea (friends) that were demoted because they lost their gun..Example one even got busted from a colonel down to a Capt. and almost lost their retirement over one lost weapon. I do agree it is way too easy to get your hands on a projectile weapon in the USA. Just look at all of the High school Graduation shootings all over the USA this year...They haven't made the news at all because it is majority black on black shootings.
