The Criteria for granting PA Credit for an Encounter Report was established by the Owners.

The Staff evaluates the Report against the Criteria.

If the Report meets the Criteria, PA Credit is Granted.

If the Report does no meet the Criteria, PA Credit is not granted.

When an Encounter Report is Rejected, the System sends you a PM explaining WHY the Report was Rejected.

Below is an example of a PM informing a Member that their Report was rejected for Missing Contact info:

Thank you for your recent review submission, (Report Title Inserted by System). I have reviewed it and determined that it has not met the criteria to be considered for Premium Access for the following reason:

Missing Contact Info

Reviews which lack sufficient contact information fall under this rejection category. On your next review submission, make sure to include adequate means to contact the provider mentioned in your review. Be careful not to be too specific regarding location information. Note: Reviews written in the "Other Reviews" forum often fall under this rejection category due to the inability to provide sufficient method of contact.

Big guy - If I might give you my two cents...(I am not a moderator, just a hobbyist)
I read your initial review, and I wanted to go to this MP...but I only had the general cross streets. Not my area of town, so, there was no way for me to verify where, exactly, this MP was.
I completely understand your perspective- the rules say don't be TOO specific, but, this is a business. Its a public business and not a providers personal residence, so I never had a problem listing the business address (although maybe now the moderators will strike those...). And, I totally agree - the phone numbers change, or aren't connected to the business necessarily. But - if you list a phone number, then, I can Google it and find the exact address. If you found the ad on STG, then you can add the STG webpage.

But if YOU google the address, and it links to anything online- a phone number, a Facebook page, heck, even the name of the plaza or business center its in, then that can help me find which MP exactly you are referring to. I've seen reviews that say "Its in between an ice cream parlor and a laundromat". That is an indirect way of being specific. If this is a legit business, it should have SOMETHING that connects it to the internet.

I appreciate your review. It was well written and informative. Its frustrating when you try to share information and don't get credit. Just give me anything to Google, and I will try to do my part to find it.

the instructions for writing a review say don’t be too specific, but…
I believe that was copy & pasted to the AMP/Spa folder
from Encounters folder, where that is important

The AMP’s have a publicly known location
They place a sign outside at the place
The info is in the public domain
It’s not like you are divulging a secret

I have listed the full address on AMP reviews, for years
Others have done so, as well
I have never seen an objection to that, from mods

I, also, recently had PA access denied for lack of phone number
I used Google Maps to go back and get it from the sign outside

lostinalb same thing happened to me last week. In my case, I think I made them nervous. I hear a lot that I look like a cop (buzz-cut, muscular build).
