Private locations VS. Hotel 🏨
New to San Antonio!
I’m curious to know what guys think and other providers think about hosting in a Private location vs a hotel. What advantages does being in a hotel have? Anyone? I myself prefer a private setting for comfort. I’m running into the issue of gentlemen not really wanting to visit a Private location. Does anyone else think it’s best to visit someone at their private place ? Or do most think it’s weird or strange to enter someone’s dwelling to make love 💕 lol idk...
I took some new pics today for Super Bowl Sunday Go Chiefs!! ❤️❤️❤️

Personally, I don’t like hotels. If there’s a lot of traffic to and from a room, it can attract unwanted attention and questions.

You would have to screen exceptionally well.
Private is nice but you don't want to have a nutcase knowing where you are at.

Prefer the larger convention type hotels that host meetings, conferences, etc. Private residence OK if I can park in garage or out of view

Both have positives and negatives. Every encounter is a calculated risk and its up to everyone to decide what their comfort level is

Either is fine, however most hotels have security cameras which would be better for your own safety/security. I agree with a previous reply, you should screen really well for a private residence. If you knew another lady or 2 or 3 who each trusted the other you could share an apartment for business purposes only and split the costs, but you’d have to be very committed to proper scheduling.

Prefer outcalls to my spot... comfortable, clean, safe... plus it doesn't draw any attention... I dont need all the doll up and glamor, just pull up in casual shyt.

I prefer private locations now over hotels, although I agree either can be risky. I'm usually avoiding hotels these days if I can.

I prefer hosting at my own private location. Or, at least I used to before the whole oh2 going down thing, lol. It’s slow, slow. Where is everyone posting? Not getting much luck with p411 lately either.

One problem with a private location is nosey neighbors. If they see a lot of traffic "coming and going" from the private location then they might report it. There is one in KC that I used to go to but no more because of a nosey neighbor and menu changes.

Another problem with a private location is that if someone has a grudge against you (customer or another provider) then they might retaliate and post your address and pictures of your residence on STG or other websites. I've seen that happen recently on STG.

I like private residences. Sweet Angel and Raven Jade have ideal setups. Gated Complex, copious parking, upscal(ish) apartments with a nice shower and adjoining bedrooms. Hotels are ok, but what’s the excuse if you get spotted. At an apartment, you can always say “I was buying weed from so-sos friend”
A hotel that excuse might not fly.
