Absolutely correct. It’s a pattern of negative things that make me scratch a provider off my list. However, if it’s a big red flag (scammed, robbed, “security “ present, etc) then I’m likely to take a pass and stick with known providers. I also give more credence to those posters with a wealth of experience that have posted positive and negative reviews, not just glowing reviews of a particular provider. Your comparison to Trip Advisor is an apt one too.
