Why no deposits
I know many providers have started to want deposits just to confirm an hour appointment. Many of us have resisted this, and one of the main reasons is this that happened with a well known provider. It is a Thread about Winter Kay, and how all of a sudden things changed around the end of September and first part of October. Long thread in the KC Men's Lounge about the issue. It is also on other review sites, and she is no longer on P411.

While I never lost a deposit, I did have an appointment set up the day before with a provider that was touring, and when I went to confirm the day of she was out of town already. If the provider decides she doesn't want to come back to the area, she has little incentive to refund a deposit.

So everyone should stop deposits now because of one providers mishaps?
If you don't wanna pay deposits that's fine. Just go find a provider that doesn't require them .

It only takes a few idiots being scammed and complaining about it to make everybody else leery of deposits. I believe this is pretty much a cash business for most people. I do understand your policy on first timers as well as a few others. And I do understand the provider not remembering who I am if I’m not a regular. Little black books can be dangerous.

Here's a link to add someone if they demand a deposit.

We just can't have deposits. They don't belong in the hobby.

I could see if someone has canceled on a provider, that the provider would give them a chance by paying a deposit to confirm an appointment.
I don't pay a deposit to my barber

Obviously it's up to the provider, LOL. If you don't like it then see someone that doesn't require one. I for one could care less, I just see reputable providers these days so I wouldn't think twice if that was their preference. No biggy. Some people may not like it and will only see providers that don't, that's their prerogative. It's usually just a portion of the fee and if they were to rip you off it'll only hurt them long term.

Winter Kay was a well known, reputable provider, tho. You never know what’s going on with someone or when they will decide to become disreputable. By the time you figure it out first hand it’s too late.

Yeah, still not enough to worry about. Just as I said, it only really hurt her. Some guy is out a couple hundred bucks but her reputation is tarnished for life. She'll never recuperate that. If a provider is suddenly steeping that low then there is something going on with them or in their lives. I'd rather they rip me off and fuck me over nice and clean rather than wasting my time, providing a shit experience, or worse.

If someone wants a deposit I would trust a few women at least. I would never full pay a deposit but good faith goes a long way. If I end up getting screwed I post a review in hopes it helps more. If provider reaches out to make amends then it could be talked about on the back end. I would trust a few providers, lady y lolove and a few other reputable ones in nebraska. You can generally tell the sketchy ones. But even I have got scammed. Posted and moved on. Reached out gave her a chance and she ended up being alright. Shit happens, gotta take wins with the losses just hope they don't add up. Happy New Year and happy hobbying.

Was very surprised to read that about Winter, not only had her and Kat been very reputable, but based on just the number of reviews on here I'd assume they did quite well financially. Definitely a shame, had a fun time with them
