depends how many people are in his way and what kind of SUV it is. also you'd have to consider how busy the street is, the time of day...

but someone could easily run over 7-10 people from one side of the city to the other. but you specify, "crackuz" (why do you type like that? takes so much more effort to both read and write like that) and i'm guessing only 2-3 out of those 7-10 would qualify
