Let's Have Some Fun
Okay, I was just going to post this in another thread but decided to start one on my own because the same thread originators seem to always pollute the 1st page with links they believe are interesting to them because they wrongly assume that everyone else believes the same.
Okay, no links from me but just a simple civilized discussion (if that's even realistic in this forum).
I'll start. A lot of you people are pretty harsh about Biden without taking into account the fact that dinosaur hasn't even been in office for a year. I'm not sure what kind of jobs you guys have had, but it's pretty common for people to give people at least a year before you label them long term. I understand people want quick results but think how long it takes for a new president to settle in and make changes. It's human nature for people at any high ranking job to try to "put their stamp on it". Think about the ego you have to have to want to do that as the most powerful person in the world to do the same when you know most people want drastic changes from their former POTUS.
Now am I saying Biden will get things figured out? Fuck no, that's why I believe in ageism. He's too old to figure out jack shit just like Trump is IMO. What I am saying is that I am not going to call a president's term a complete failure when they haven't even been in office for 10 months because IMO, it's way too early to even grade his paper when he is not even a quarter of the way done with completing his test.
Anyway, this thread was not meant to flame. People are welcome to insult me if you like if it makes you feel better. But keep in mind I am neither liberal nor conservative. I just want someone in the big house not to fuck up my money so I can feed and put my little rascals through college and have a few bucks left over for me when I retire by 50 so I can stop being a corporate whore.
Oh, and I'm a corporate working bitch so if I check in sporadically throughout the day, it's because of that. It's not because I'm dodging anyone's posts... as a bonus, if your insults towards me make me laugh, I'll give you a like as always has been the case with me. I have to give credit where credit is due when that happens. Haha

We can say that he's fucking up overall so far, and has made a few pretty huge fuck ups, so far.

Of course you can. He has. There is no denying that from me. My bet is like most presidents, they are only as good as their advisors. The key is whether they are able to pick the right ones and put their ego aside enough to listen to them.
Anyway, you guys have a good day. I'll be back later.

This state of the economy in this country is in a tailspin...I still ask ANYONE on here of ANY accomplishments.
Are these accomplishments to be proud of...
Gas price over $3.00 here in Houston...up over a dollar from just a year ago...and no signs of coming down.
Inflation at a 17yr high.
The border crisis at an all time high.
Supply chain issues leaving shelf bare.
A disaster in Afghanistan that will leave the US vulnerable to another 9/11.
Trying to pass the libs BBB inflationary busting socialist dream, that if passed would skyrocket inflation into the Carter misery index from over forty years ago...hyperinflation...another liberal engineered master piece.
How much time do we need to allow the senile fucker and his cirus troupe to completely destroy this country...as you said it hasn't been even a year!!
Look at the results of Tuesday's elections...in 2022 the left will get a well deserved shellacking.
The US doesn't like the bitter taste of socialism...do you??

Yeah . . .President Biden has managed to underperform spectacularly on several fronts in rapid succession: border, economy, energy, Afghanistan . . .yes some things do interlock, but it is quite a list never the less.
Additionally, to many around him, such as journalists and world leaders, he projects a sense that he is not really in charge due to age-related infirmity of mind. No, I am not mocking him for one or two so called "gaffs". He often slurs words or seems to mumble to himself. At other times he is confused, "what am I doing here now". In remarks cought on video, he makes remarks that reveal that in fact he is NOT in charge, as in "they gave me this list and they say to call on AP first. . .".
The leaders of every nation that matter see these things as well. This can not end well for Mr. buden or the Nation.

Over all, yes. But Carter did what no other president before had been able to do. He negotiated a peace between Israel and Egypt that stands today. No other president has been able to manage a similar agreement till President Trump did.

My, My , MY - if One is so upset - One may participate Oneself by posting One's own articles of interest. No One is 'forced to read' any post. Since One 'just knows' what another poster is thinking - ie 'mind-reading' - One may go and earn a spectacular living as a psychotherapist, or day trader. And not have to exist as a 'corporate employee' subject to perceived nonexistent 'insults'.
Hypocrisy
Trump's Fault .
Thank you - mr. McCain.
