After years of listening to Jessie Jackson make comparisons between equality of opportunity in the workplace with equality of opportunity on the athletic field, I find your remarks to be thin and groundless. Track events and other sports are defined almost entirely by performance. That white women do not consistently (or statistically) perform as well as women of other genetic heritage is not racist, nor is it racist to point out that women of color generally do better.
That a potential hobbyist prefers black providers is not racist, nor is it racist to prefer women of Asian heritage. . . . .or women whose roots are in Northern Europe.
However, you might consider opening a discussion on the providers with a so-called "NBA" policy.
