Do these places give good actual massages?

I've only had two massages in my life. One at a "normal" (non-HE) coorporatey massage place, and one at an independent girl who posts on here. The "normal" massage was great - I came out feeling like a new man, but the HJ massage not so much (although she was a sexy sweetheart).



Do these HE spas give actual good massages? I mainly want the massage, but wouldn't mind a nice pop in the end. Any suggestions for a first timer (North)?

The massages I have received at AMPs ranged from fairly decent to dangerous. The best massage I have received in the Austin area was from Gisela, and I'm not sure whether or not she is still giving massages.

Most AMP places give terrible massages.

They wanne get to down to business and get you out.

I doubt if most of the linen gets washed.
half the buildings are not maintained well.
and many other bad reasons.

the only upside is they have walk-ins. you dont need an appointment days in advance.
