Flags and Tags in The Twenty-First Century

In 1935 my father left his family and homeland in Eastern Europe to live in freedom here in the USA. Why others of his family did ot also come is a story of complex family dynamics now lost to time.

In 1944 neighbors denounced my grandparents to the authorities for having an unauthorized short-wave radio hidden in the oven. It was forbidden to listen to news broadcast by the BBC in England, they might hear the truth. Only half of the extended family survived the war packed off to Nazi concentration camps. I was told that being liberated by the Russians was only marginally better.

The part of this story I'd like to focus on here is the
illegal radio and being turned in by people that you know. How is this different from the flagging and tracking going on today. Why is it becoming illegal to profess a belief contrary to the official position of the Government? If I say here or on some social media platform, that I will not get vaccinated until I feel confident about long-term side effects, will I get a visit from the Government? If I refuse to have my children vaccinated, will Child Protective Services put them in foster homes and vaccinate them againdt my will?

No, this is not the same as going to a death camp: This is not 1944. But things are moving in that direction . . .it might instead be 1932

Yes - the corollaries and parallels to the 1930's national Socialist party are clear - the fascist DPST party uses it as a model for attempt to take over America and install their tyrannical totalitarianism.

Another point that is only implied in the OP is that the difference between the Nazi Party and the Communist Party is only that they didn't like each other.

In practice there is/was no real difference.

Oppressions is oppression.

Freedom is freedom.

It's not. They are morally exactly the same. The FBI is the Neuvo-Gestapo. But we're still in the the identify stage... You won't mbe made to wear a yellow star under the new junta... but they will have you identified anyway

It's becoming illegal because illegitimate rule CANNOT tolerate dissent. It must be crushed "by any means necessary." Oppose them they will label you as RAYCISS!, they will call you an extremist, they will "other" you in preparation for the next steps..

No. It's definitely post '33 the J6 protests are the American Reichstag fire. The regime is moving to silence critics. The methods have changes slightly and this group wants international socialism not national socialism, but open conflict is on the horizon. That "great reset" stuff is no different than Mein Kampf. Totalitarians don't keep their plans a secret... they publish them because in their minds they are doing this for humanities good. The difference here is that this time the populace is armed... so it will be interesting to see how the big picture plays out.

I haven't heard of ANYONE being arrested for disagreeing with the U.S. government.

I also have not heard of any federal laws being passed to restrict free speech.

While people may disagree, and try to shout each other down, I have NOT seen the Federal government get involved.
