That has been explained several times. People with closed minds don't want to hear the truth.

Voting was closed down for the night. Uncounted ballots were put in boxes and sealed. When counting resumed, those boxes were opened and counting began again.

A hand recount was done in Georgia. The results confirmed the original tallies. If ballots were run through the system multiple times, the tallies would not match.
