There is a huge difference between a massage that people in the hobby give, and a real massage given by one who is truly trained in the profession. I know someone who was trained in human anatomy and has been a trainer for sports teams. He does body stretches and can do arm stretches and rotations to help with shoulder problems.

The difference between an oil rub, erotic waste of time and money and a real massage is like the difference between night and day and for about the same money.

A deep tissue massage with body stretches is different.
