I've never RTM'ed anyone. I don't believe in censorship or cancel culture. And appreciate the opportunity to hear what people like EccieUser and some of the other left of center posters here have to say. I don't come across people in my daily life with their points of view.
That said, I also believe a private business like eccie.net has every right to restrict access to whomever it chooses.

has nothing to do with points of view. it's about rules of the board. if ecky9.5k makes a point without going off the rails with insults like "dork" he wouldn't be banned now
the rtm feature is there to help the staff. they have search tools for various nuke topic words but that's limited. usually it comes down to paging through threads and scanning posts by eyeballs. the old fashioned way.
while some have used rtm for frivolous and/or vindictive purposes that's not my style.
as for this thread eventually CK or some other mod would have read it and issued points. the rtm is to help bring it to their attention quicker
