You are discussing the subtilties of criminal jurisprudence with a bloviating loudmouth who doesn't know anything about it and doesn't care either ... he's not interested in "due process" unless it has to do with his "rights" ... then it's all he can get! Typical for KnowNothings.

The focus of his Saint ... aka Maxine Waters .... is doing the exact thing she and the other CommieLoons are doing ... encouraging insurrection and violence.

If she mistake her taser for her gun (who knows?), she made a serious mistake contrary to her training (who knows) and years of experience (who knows). In any event, she deserves to be fired, the same as any employee that screwed up royally even without of life. She's probably devastated and doesn't wish to work in LE again as well.

How is it not "right" to prosecute? If you made a mistake against all your training / common sense that resulted in someone's death you'd be prosecuted too. Let's say, for example, you ran a red light and someone was crossing the street because the walk sign was on and you killed them. You would be prosecuted for damn sure.

Apparently, in your lameass stereotyping you determined that any lawyer who has considered himself to be a "Democrat" must belong to the alleged "Plaintiff's Bar"! That was either some subtle ploy to disclose someone's personal information on a board prohibiting such activity or an over saturation of deepseeded ignorance and bias.

If you weren't focusing that ignorant remark at me, then what was the purpose of posting it other than to reveal your ignorance ... inadvertently or purposefully. If you were focusing that ignorant remark at me, then you have merely revealed your ignorance of me, who not so long ago for years was being identified on the board (and off the board) as being a "cop" in an lameass effort to silence me from posting counter-comments to ignorance of law enforcement and criminal law. Someone like you actually asserted that I must be a "cop" because I knew so much about cops and criminal law.

How many "Plaintiffs Lawyers" do you know who "know" a lot about cops and criminal law?

Probably we should actually begin with:

Quote:
How many "Plaintiffs Lawyers" do you know? Period!
If you met them at "the range" then please don't bother to comment.

You're right. I don't have any idea what your occupation is. And, sincerely, I shouldn't be speculating on this board. I didn't appreciate it when someone here did something similar to me. He was wrong too btw.

Agree. Have her share a cell with some of those who invited the Capital takeover. That shit has to stop from both lunatic fringes.

It's happened before. Check out the Robert Bates / Eric Harris case. In 2015 a Oklahoman reserve deputy shot and killed an unarmed black man after he mistook his firearm for his stun gun. He was convicted of manslaughter and served 18 months in prison and the rest under supervised parole.

More importantly, and I feel the same about yours (if you have one), it's not of anybody's business what anyone else's "occupation is" on this board! Of course, I recognize there are a large number of insecure trolls on here who off the board attempt to find out information about others they don't like, and worse embroil the ladies around the area in which the target lives in providing information ... even when targeted hobbyists have appointments at their incall so they can be there when they appear for some fun. Because a decent number have provided me with their private/real number and actual/real names, since they asked me to help them out with an issue or problem.

That's just another reason why I don't post reviews. And it's also humorous ... that I know they asked and they are waiting. Aren't they clever?
