Monday morning is congested with sports experts. This forum and the media are full of law enforcement experts, who have never engaged in the activity and base their opinions on a handful of incidents that have little to do with one another as a standard by which to judge the mass of law enforcement officer. They don't have the balls to be a cop, but they can criticize them.

If you're making a list of "terror" groups to target then the racially based Crips, Bloods, and MS 13 should be at the top. Based on property damage, Antifa and BLM would be next. Historically the Black Panthers and the KKK would be on the list. That includes a number of sitting democrats. To be complete, those who are mostly nuisances but are really messdeck mercenaries like Storm Front, the Arayan Nation, ELF, the Weathermen, and the SLA. Finally we could do the multi racial Proud Boys and Oath Keepers and the Repugnant Lesbian Brigrade.

It likely wasn't racist but the cop was a dumb bitch.

I know for a fact that cop was a dumb bitch.

Whether it was racist or not is impossible to prove.

Geraldo Rivera is the head of your class.
Hey, the only one intellectualizing lately is you. I particularly enjoyed the post where you speculated that asking people to wear masks "was a beginning to regulate the social and personal behavior ... restricting interaction among citizens reduces communication and thought sharing .... and .... effectively creates a "likeness" of all citizens...."

Basically Levianon said cops need people skills, he knew a good bit about firearms and police work, and he criticized how the police handled an incident at a Wendy's. And you go off on him and tell him "people like you don't know the fuck what they're opining about."

You should lighten up. Maybe my comment about masks above will get you and Levianon back on the same page. I'm all for that. The Republican Party has to be a big tent party if it's going to win elections. There's lots of room for people who deify Donald Trump and believe masks are Satan's work, in addition to small government Republicans like me.

LOL dude says "IMO, the cop was fired unjustly." but somehow I'm putting words in their mouth when I note they are supporting a cop who said "you should be afraid" and "ride the lighting, son"? Hilarious.

Young corner boys aren't even allowed to have weapons usually because if they have a weapon, they'll snitch on everyone once they get arrested. How do I know this? My dad's best friend was a gang detective in Los Angeles for 35 years. That dude has been dealing with the Crips, the Bloods and Latin kings before I was even born. He's retired now.
1) Can we get off this "deserved to die" question? It came up in the Babbit thread too. I don't believe she or this kid DESERVED TO DIE. But both are legit shootings. And this is coming from a BLM supporting liberal. George Floyd was murdered. Walter Scott was murdered. These two shootings were justified. Yes, the kid dropped the gun. .8 seconds before the cop shot him.

2) You have it completely opposite - kids who can't be charged as adults are going to hold the guns because they'll get out of prison much sooner than the 21 year old.

If you actually believe that making mask wearing a law (mandatory) is "speculation" then frankly you need to do some "intellectualizing" .... just what is it? "Science"?

When someone says "cops" need anything .... it is an unfounded generalization about a group of people based upon the conduct of a small percentage. And he based that discriminatory conclusion on some bullshit chat around a local firing range with a handful of bloviating bullshitters, who shouldn't be talking trash anyway. We'll address that later.

I'll repeat: He doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about.

FYI: I'm a Democrat, and have been all my life. Guess what? So is Trump and has been all his life. I know of one loud mouthed Democrat who asked him to host a fund raiser among Trump's friends down in Florida years ago before the piece of crap starting blubbering because Trump restricted travel from countries dominated by terrorists (non-Antifa and BLM terrorists)!

As for your "opinion" ... save it. "People skills"? Next time you call 911 for police assistance make sure you insist on the dispatcher only sending peace officers with sufficient "people skills"! OK? The take is: Your "people skills" didn't work to defuse the situation before you called 911. And you want to dress down "cops" for their lack of them.

Here's some food for thought on all this bloviating of expertise. The last time I went to a range (and it was not too long ago....) I was waiting at the back of the check in line and an older clerk came and asked me what I wanted .... "drop off some old rounds I've had and buy some fresh ones" ... he brought them back to me and took me over to a nonbusiness register. "Just bring in the old ones when you drop by again." I did.

When junior can unass two rounds at seven meters into center-mass and reholster under three seconds at 85-90% we can chat. There are little loudmouths on here who think they know me.

I'm a Democrat. And I start work in about 30 minutes, so later.

Well, I've never known a member of the plaintiff's bar who wasn't a Democrat.

And I knew it! Gentlemen, I've been saying this for 5 years and nobody will listen. Trump's a Democrat:

So, either the cop is a dumb bitch, or she shot and killed some fucker on purpose, where it wasn't warranted.

She seems like a dumb bitch to me. Either way, there's no telling whether it was racist or not.

Dumb..who knows? Racially motivated...who knows? Bitch...ask her husband.

If she mistake her taser for her gun (who knows?), she made a serious mistake contrary to her training (who knows) and years of experience (who knows). In any event, she deserves to be fired, the same as any employee that screwed up royally even without of life. She's probably devastated and doesn't wish to work in LE again as well.

Personally, not convinced that it is "right" to prosecute criminally (who knows), but others not in law enforcement with a lessor standard of performance have been....not necessarily but reckless endangerment, etc.(who knows).

Unfortunate all around.
