A couple of thing:

1) This is not the place in 2010. Perhaps its moved from 45 North Freeway to I 10 East Freeway after that shooting but its not the place.

2) Even if it was probability of it being in another shooting is lower since the owner learned from previous experience and take measures against. However if it happened the 3rd time then s/he didn't learn enough and you can avoid the place.

I think they learn and move from the old place so this is different and safer even a little bit?

Maybe the shop owner did the shooting while there was an attempt to rob the place.

Prior to the pandemic was the last time I visited and I have to says it was not a pleasurable experience.... Hygiene with the provider was lacking, BO and bad breathe. Needless to say I could smell her over the typical Asian cat house funk. The new Chinese providers are lazy about everything compared to the Asian girls (Koreans and Vietnamese) of the 90's
