The pictures posted here earlier had 2 problems. First they did not meet ECCIE image guidelines. They were considered advertising because of the website being visible.
The second problem is they were not verified through ECCIE (for age and permission)

The picture you posted was not verified so it also has been removed

Basically the pictures have to be in the members gallery

2) A review is a form of advertising.
