$40 mil for the Kennedy Center
$1 bil, with a b, to the Smithsonian

This is a mere sampling of the garbage the guardians of the temple declared necessary to stimulate the American economy in the time of the sniffles crisis.

For this and many other reasons, the fraternity prank gone awry on the temple dwarfs the billions of dollars of property damage, dozens of deaths, and widespread generalized anarchy perpetrated by sneaky scumbag democrat party domestic terrorist organizations for the past 9 months.

This is not exactly true. Case in point is Texas where rates went up after a series of devastating hurricanes and multiple hail/tornado damage claims from across the state. State Farm for instance actually supported that as the reason in customer bill inserts.

I believe that, but it was for their local market, because I never seen that increase here in NY, and they probably did the same locally here for Sandy. To say everyone covers the cost is false, to say they can exploit an event locally to justify surcharges or rate increases, I'll agree with that, could be company policy or a regional manager trying to look good for a promotion.

last state farm investment, revenue, paid claims report I seen, they were holding 400 billion in investments paying 1.4 billion in yearly revenue, while collecting 900 million in insurance premiums, while paying out 1.2 Billion in claims.

I worked in the claims dept at Prudential Property and Casualty for three years before I started tech. I'm not claiming to be an expert, but I learned enough while I was there to understand how rates are calculated and why they're adjusted.
The tables are adjusted frequently based on area, risk, business purpose, etc. A rise in claims will affect premiums. You can bet on it. Especially unprojected rises in claims like when a group of uncivilized shitbags decides to riot and cause 3-billion in property damage across the country
Insurers also reassess risk and will pull out of an area or even a state. Do you think your auto insurer is. going to renew your policy if you have five accidents and traffic infractions within a very short period of time? No, they're likely going to drop you. If you're lucky they'll keep you on with a huge premium increase.
