Is it $75,000 or $87,000? I have a problem with it because we've got a huge national debt. Yes, the unemployed and people who are truly struggling need help. But just writing a check to everyone doesn't make sense IMHO, unless you're looking for some kind of Keynesian stimulus. I don't know much about macroeconomics, but would suspect that the situation we're in now, with people afraid to travel and to go to restaurants and stores and the like, might not be as amenable to fiscal stimulus as a run-of-the-mill recession.

All the DPST's are in love with the wasteful bill that gives millions to Pakistan for 'transsexual education" - yet only scraps to American citizens
Shows the 'globalist" intent of the criminals in the house and Senate - who knnow that our tax money belongs to their pet world projects for personal gain - not to serve the American Taxpayer.
Prepare for thousands more similar pork projects - particularly if the DPST's subvert Georgia with ballot fraud.
DPST's are spending America in to oblivion!!!!

And yes, Trump's recent behavior - as reported from reputable sites - indicates it is time for him to accept and prepare to leave gracefully.
Biden and the DNC campaigned on personality - despite the fact that Biden is too senile to have any personality any more - not that there ever was much. The issues were not debated - such as increased taxes for nefarious gifts to foreign countries, Biden's crime family, open border, DPST sponsored violence in the streets, DPST racism against Whites, Soylent green new Deal - and on and on - all the DPST wet dream spending programs destined to destroy America - and DPST's want to remake a Socialist country under their nomenklatura.
DPST vote fraud certainly occurred - was it enough to defraud Trump of the election - I don't see that proof. not that the DPST's would hesitate for a moment to cheat, lie, and steal any election they could get away with.
Thee may well never again be another free election in America.

Admitting you worshipped the orange calf is a start.
Seeking forgiveness is tougher, but a big strong man like you should have no problem once you set your mind to it.

Oeb, I'm 100% behind you on wanting to stamp out pork. Spending millions on Pakistani transsexual education is nuts. However, I'd bet the $2000 per person stimulus payment may exceed the pork in the spending bill by a factor of over 10. It may exceed the amount going to foreign countries by 50X.
There's a 1.4 trillion omnibus spending bill and a 900 billion covid relief bill on Trump's desk in Mar-a-lago, where the president went to play golf. So say Trump signs the Covid relief bill and then vetoes the omnibus spending bill. I don't know if he can do that btw, maybe they're tied together for all I know. But what will the effect be? People blaming Trump and the Republicans for a government shutdown in the middle of the worst part of the Covid epidemic. Possibly loss of two Senate seats in Georgia. And your fears about out of control spending will more likely be realized.
This last week Trump's been acting like a petulant child. I agree with your other post above, time for him to leave instead of dragging down the country and the Republican Party.

Trump signed the bill to avoid a shutdown! True passion and love for his Country!
The dims would rather shut down the govt and not help our fellow citizens. Than to work with the President!
Bunch of scum bum reprobates.

The biggest challenge for Biden will be waiting until they can clean the real Americans white house. There is a lot of swamp shank and covid and corruption to wash away.
In the meantime maybe Biden can play golf and say fuck the usa at one of his taxpayer supporter clubs that will soon be bankrupt.
If you don't believe me just watch...the really stupid people lol n omg
