It is well known that Viagra can get you hard, but makes it almost impossible to cum.
When THAT happens, I get the situation and work with it as best as possible.

However, if you don’t take Viagra ….. get hard and stay hard holding back for an extended period of time ….. it is difficult to cum …. or takes a LOT of effort to get there.

Are there any opinions about how to achieve the goal without undertaking a massive marathon?

It's never caused me to not cum nor has it caused any kind of delay. When I'm riding the blue pony the only difference from when I'm not is I stay erect after ejaculation and keep going till the second pop. After the second, I stay hard but I'm typically too sensitive to continue activities.

I've had this issue recently. My doc put me on low dose generics. As the need increases you just take multiple tablets. The challenge is finding the sweet spot that gets the desired hardness but still allows you to ejaculate.
