If this is not an attempt at voter fraud it should be prosecutable for criminal negligence.

Note that this is not an anecdote. This was reported by the election authorities in a press release, That makes it an official acknowledgement of fact.

Correct. But those were local ballots for local races in Puerto Rico. They don't vote for President nor Congress.

Precisely what the President is alleging, votes weren't counted "accurately", so let the courts decide. It's why we have courts in the first place to decide disputes. Use them or lose them.

The point of the question which you seemed to ignore, is that Gore challenged the result of the election for over a month. Why should it be any different for Trump?

First, Gore did not challenge the election based on fraud.

Second, Gore lost the election by about 550 votes, not 10s of thousands as is the case this year in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Trump has every right to challenge the vote count but thus far not one major challenge of possible fraud has been upheld.

Don’t use facts and reason to try to improve understanding of the Idiots that maintain that election fraud is a real thing and is somehow equivalent to miscounting.

The ECCIE Idiot Crew has continued to maintain that the election was a fraud. That there was massive fraud in the 10s and 100s of thousands of votes. Every state has denied that. Every Secretary of State (who run the state elections) has denied that. Republicans who were working the elections denied that. The lawyers when presenting cases in court have denied that. Only Idiots have continued to maintain those claims.

Trump lost. Yes he can go to court, and he should if he has proof of fraud. If he has no proof, he needs to stop claiming that fraud exists. It’s clear that Idiots and Trumpys can’t possibly make simple logical analysis and realize that just because Trump and Giuliani claim fraud that it doesn’t actually prove fraud.

If Trump wants to go to court and claim that there was a miscount, say that instead of claiming fraud. The reality is that his lawyers, in court are consistently saying “no allegation of fraud” because they are not even trying to allege or prove there is any fraud.
