25th amendment

In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2.
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
If both the office of the president and the office of the vice president are vacant, the House speaker is next in line for the presidency, under U.S. law.
But it’s the 25th Amendment to the Constitution that outlines what would happen if Biden stepped down and Harris became president.
Under the amendment, which was ratified after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the vice president, the president must nominate a vice president. That person must then be confirmed by a majority vote in both the House and Senate.

It really doesn't matter who will be VP if Harris becomes POTUS. What's certain is it will be an idiot just like her.

In your dreams Trixie. You've never bested or schooled anything in your entire life.
And I can't give you a definitive answer as to when I will grow weary of this political forum and drift away. But I will guarantee you that as long as you (and others) are still whining about the election, I will be staying around to thoroughly enjoy it.
So keep sniveling Trixie. It's one of the very few things you are actually good at.

Just proves what I wrote, he can't see the fraud. Abe Lincoln was right about you. Some people can be fooled all the time.

The current tally:
75,198,127 popular votes to 70,804,457
290 Electoral votes to 214 with 34 votes still uncalled.
These are the numbers that matter. And no matter how many lame denial posts you clowns make, they are not going away.
Deal with it

Don't worry, WD. The next four short years will pass for you just like the last four passed for me. At that time, you'll be able to do something about it, instead of crying like a little girl.

Biden to me said more in his acceptance speech last night than Trump did in all of his time in office. Trump is all about chaos and dividing people. Biden made it clear that he does not want that and for everyone to be unified.
This country is not one of Trump's businesses that he can just do what he wants as he pleases on a whim and run it into the ground. He needed to go. Sorry Trump lovers, but it is just the truth.

I don't hate Trump. He is just better suited for Reality bimbo TV as an occupation. He has no business leading a great country like our nation. I know many of his fans in this forum will disagree, but that is just my opinion and obviously the opinions of most of this nation when you look at the ballots.

They all spout bullshit.
Both sides.
If you think they don't want to divide you are delusional.
The biggest problem is you think one side or the other is for the people.

Trump has a big mouth.
He did do a lot for the country as far as jobs etc.. but he couldn't keep his ego in check.
He is no politician and that was his down fall. He couldn't play well with others.
Biden is an idiot and only says what he is told to say. Has played the game for 47 years and knows his place.
But that is what a president is going to do anyway.
Presidents are nothing but a figure head and play the game of more power so they can write a book

I never said Biden was a savior. I just said Trump needed to go and now his stupid ass is gone for a reason. He had to go before he ran this country to complete shit even more so than we already are right now.
He turned this country into his own personal zoo.

Interest of fairness... Trump's victory speech was surprisingly calm and kumbaya in nature. The reality was something entirely different-- but at least for that one moment in 2016... it seemed like a possibility that he might be somewhat normal.

If Trump pulls out victory from a recount or some legal way or if something happens to Biden before he’s sworn in then I could see you people turning your riots into war. As for us pro-Americans, we will wait until you defund the police and drive home this depression Biden has been promising. That’s where and when we will take you out.
