Hi everyone. Have only hobbied at sub amps a few times over the last couple years but hoping for some advice.

2 times when I’ve visited i get so worked up and excited about the thought of everything that I blow my top just a few minutes into the massage then lay there like an idiot and say no thank you when asked to flip.
