Really appreciate this info and what is shared on OH2. I've been a couple of times, saw Yuri and another lady who is not there anymore.

I just didn't quite click with Yuri, and the other lady was very mechanical. I think she was already halfway gone.

Yuri is nice, very enthusiastic. But I did have to build a repertoire before she allowed more. Have not seen her recently. Sometime a small gift is a good ice breaker. I think I got her some boba tea one time she was so happy!
