Uhh, the point should be self-explanatory. While many enjoy a basic L1 (i.e. limited NE, no fiv, etc.) many others find it like being back in high school and, a priori, do not find it very satisfying. So, it isn't just about the finish, but rather, how you get there.

One issue with getting more from a standard R&T girl is, she might not be too fresh since many shops don’t have a shower, even if she showered morning of coming to work, she prolly has a couple bathroom visits, sweating during massages etc, the later in the day, well you figure it out. Sticking a finger in her kitty will get you a smelly surprise.
