It's one thing to have a pre-approved list of reporters to call on, it's quite another before you answer the question, you ask the teleprompter guy to move up the answer so Biden can read it. That has to take the prize of all the crazy things Biden has done at a press conference. "Move it up Please" Should be Biden's new motto.
