Do most guys know the difference

I was on another website and noticed that there seems to be the notion that most Cis Males don't know the difference between Transwomen/transmen and CDs or just don't care, seems the transwomen and Transmen don't like being categorized together CDs
but it seems for Cis males they tend to bunch them together and treat them the same which they don't like at all. all thoughts on this.

I don't like to be grouped together with crossdressers. I see that as more of a fetish while being a (trans) woman is my gender identity, separate from sexuality or fetishes. I'm still relatively new with the hobby, but I haven't encountered any client who doesn't know the difference.

They are either attracted to them, repulsed by them or people like me that think as long as you do you and don't try to pull me into something then I dont give a fuck.

It would be nice if we could get to a place where peoples identity is not all about what is or isn't between their legs and what is or isn't between the legs of someone they sleep with.

Who I am, who you are, isn't about our genitals or the genitals we play with...anymore than it should be about our skin color, religious beliefs etc. What should define us is our character. Who we help. Who we are helped by.

From my experience, it's an older generation thing. There will always be a few exceptions though. Threshold is probably around 30.
