First, who give sh... if they are or not promoters? I always enjoy reading all reviews regardless if they are telling us the truth or not.
At the end of the day, we are in control of who we want to see and confirm if the service level and girls accuracies are even close when we make our own choices.
Keep those reviews coming regardless if you are genuine hobbies or a promoter.

Calling Ghostrider a promoter is ridiculous IMO. He's a solid source of accurate information and damned valuable around here.
