"This will expedite wait time and improve NY's ability to more effectively manage the coronavirus situation as it unfolds."
"New York State's Wadsworth Lab will begin testing immediately," he added.
Seems he was aware that it wouldn't be down to 0 in a few weeks.

It was over 1 trillion before he even signed the stimulus bills. But make no mistake, he signed them, hoax or not. And if it's a hoax, then you should *really* be pissed at him for adding trillions to the deficit over a hoax.
