The Gov ordered no one can go to a "barber shop"! That expired and was replaced NOW by Governor's EO #14, which says:

“Essential services” shall consist of everything listed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce,Version 2.0, plus religious services conducted in churches, congregations, and houses of worship.

This is the relevant portion of the EO#14 issued by the Governor:

In accordance with the Guidelines from the President and the CDC, people shall avoid eating or drinking at bars, restaurants, and food courts, or visiting gyms, massage establishments, tattoo studios, piercing studios, or cosmetology salons; provided, however, that the use of drive-thru, pickup, or delivery options for food and drinks is allowed and highly encouraged throughout the limited duration of this executive order.

The Order expires on 30Apr2020.

Remember the EO "requirements" .... you are advisably "prohibited" from going to the ESTABLISHMENT ....

... "cosmotology salon" .... aka an "incall" to a "salon"!

One important distinction is criminal prohibitions must be SPECIFIC!

The status of a BARBER SHOP is then discretionary with the OWNER!

Hint: 99% of my adult hair cuts have been by FEMALE "cosmetologists"!

If they can trim a lady's hair .... yours is a cake-walk ....

..... without me even looking at it ... and so many of them can work at home now! My "hair cutter" does!!!!
