I generally tip at all of these places $10 - $20 just for the good massage.

I am with Great White on this one. No tip for lead ons. I have yet to have a straight massage at one of this places where there wasn’t some sort of scam to try to lead me to believe extras were coming. I never take the bait of the tired old scam of the last minute brush up followed by “more time?”
